Kenneth G. Porter
Kenneth G. Porter regularly provides practical and insightful advice to a wide portfolio of local, regional and international clients. Advising on commerce, communications & technology, intellectual property, labour relations and real estate development, WTR 1000 describes him as “quick and comprehensive with valuable business acumen”.
It is these qualities that have seen many of Anguilla’s real estate development transactions fielded in his capable hands. He has guided clients through the process from the property purchase, licence approval, planning and concession negotiations with Government to construction. Also at the vanguard in Anguilla’s IP sphere, Kenneth is active in INTA and IPCA and is an overseas member of CITMA.
Kenneth practiced in one of Anguilla’s leading law firms for over 20 years, and prior to that, at the private bar in Jamaica. He is currently the Deputy Chairperson for the Anguilla branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has previously been a Government appointed Labour Tribunal Chair and is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Anguilla Community College.
