D. Michael Bourne

D. Michael Bourne was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2005 and relocated to Anguilla in 2006. Since then he has developed a practice before its courts and tribunals at all levels. In matters ranging from judicial review proceedings to employment tribunal appeals, Michael brings over a decade of experience to bear. Tenacious, yet flexible, he explores alternative dispute resolution mechanisms alongside rigorous civil and commercial litigation advocacy.

As an avid believer in the value of high quality representation and advice, Michael is committed to working with clients to develop solutions. Having worked previously in public relations, telecommunications, travel and with at-risk youth, Michael appreciates that beneficial outcomes can be achieved through unconventional approaches as well as traditional legal methods.
